Operation Hours of eMagicOne Support Team in May

Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you about changed working schedule in May. The operations hours during the following days will be:

Thursday, May 1st - Friday, May 2nd - limited technical support. Live chat will be available from 11 a.m. till 7 p.m. (GMT +2)

Friday, May 9th - Closed

There might be small delay in response during the mentioned period, but e-mails received during these days will have higher priority and will be answered in the first place when we return to our regular working schedule.

On other days we will maintain our standard business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (chat+phone) and 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (tech support), Monday through Friday.

During the days of closure our products will still be available for purchase and use, so you can go ahead with placing the order or continue managing your store in much more efficient way with our software! At your disposal is also our documentation that will offer you a helping hand in case any questions occur.
